Our Founder
Tifany Thomas, MPA, MS Ed is a passionate educator, advocate and visionary committed to restoring hope and dignity to those society too often overlooks. With over two decades of experience, she has supported vulnerable populations including children with special needs, survivors of domestic violence and justice-involved individuals through education, advocacy and holistic care.
Tifany holds degrees in Criminal Justice, Public Administration and Special Education, along with numerous certifications and accolades in community service, restorative justice and trauma-informed care. Her unique blend of academic knowledge and lived experience informs the wraparound support model at the heart of the Hope for Humankind Foundation.
After witnessing deep gaps in services for families impacted by poverty, incarceration and systemic neglect, Tifany founded the organization to provide more than just aid—to offer opportunity, build self-worth and foster generational change. Her unwavering belief in second chances drives her mission to challenge injustice, empower communities and transform lives.
